How can I return an item?

Each piece from Elara Jewels is made-to-order and carefully handcrafted, which means we currently do not accept returns once an order is completed.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us — if your product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will assist you immediately with a suitable solution or replacement.
